Afterschool Program for Theodore Judah Elementary School

One last ditch effort! We are looking for volunteers to work once or twice a month at our after school art program. All you have to do is show up and help with whatever art project we are doing that day. We volunteer at Theodore Judah Elementary School on Tuesday and Thursday afternoon at 4:00 for one hour. It is a really fulfilling hour. The kids are funny and sweet for the most part. We have become close to them. This year we are also having Blanch Spentz Elementary join us for the art class. There are about 16 kids in the class. Any help you can give will be appreciated! Bring a friend, neighbor, etc. They do not have to belong to FAA.

This Wednesday, September 28th, we are having a meeting at 10:00 a, at the Wine Gallery on Sutter street across from Chicago Pizza. From there we are going to be fingerprinted. The cost for this will be covered by Folsom Arts Association. I have printed out extra forms to take with us as each of us needs to have one at the time we go.
